• If You Did Not Purchase an LDW:
  Without the LDW, you are financially responsible for all damage or loss to the vehicle, which could arise from collisions, theft, vandalism, natural disasters like flooding or hail, and other causes.
  In this case, contact your personal auto insurance provider to file a claim. If you used a major credit card for the rental, check with their customer service to see if they offer rental car coverage. It’s important to report your claim as soon as possible, even if you haven’t received official documents from XLNC EXOTIC CARS yet.
• If Someone Else Caused the Damage:
  If another driver was at fault, make sure to get their contact information so XLNC EXOTIC CARS can seek compensation from them or their insurance. However, this doesn’t relieve you of your responsibility under the rental agreement to cover damages.

  XLNC EXOTIC CARS is self-insured, and we pass on the administrative costs of processing claims to the responsible parties involved in the incident. These fees are necessary to restore the vehicle to its pre-accident condition.
